Review: An extreme Jihad war against Britain is the setting for this post 9/11 tale of terrorism. This book has the perfect heroes that aren't afraid to make the tough choices others may hate.
Jack and David have managed to make perfect characters. Perfect as in realistic. Sometimes their personal sides show at the worst times. Something we can all relate to. But they all have a strength that everyone has also had to pull forward to use {definitely not in this type of situation, but everyone has that point where they have to dig deep to survive something that comes into their life}.
The *bad guys* have been equally well formed with their lust for vengeance.
This book draws you in and as the story is set, makes you feel a range of emotion and capture a clear picture in your head. It was very hard to put down.
Not simply a story of a war and terrorism, this book was a wonderful read and would work for those that enjoy a variety of genres.
