My Review: Here is another great book that gets right to the point. We live in such a high stress environment and there are different types of stressful issues for everyone.
This book is very easy to read and isn't full of a bunch of medical jargon. There are easy to follow instructions and many illustrations to go with them. There's also a convenient index in the back for easy finds when you want to go back to specific topics.
Some of the concepts covered in relieving stress are: the use of herbs for relaxation, the impact of various foods on stress relief, meditation, exercise, yoga, etc. These are all so wonderfully explained.
Another important chapter I found was on migraine headache relief. I get such terrible ones that last for ten or more days. Are mine stress? I don't know. But what I do know is that the technique did relieve the pain. Not only that, but it's also very soothing and relaxing. It almost put me to sleep.
This book is a great find for anyone, even if you think you manage your stress well. It's a book to keep on the end table or the coffee table for easy reference on those days that you need a little relaxation escape.

This definitely does sound like a book for the coffee table. Will have to see if I can find it around here.
