I'd LOVE to team up with you to create AMWM Book Boxes!
This has been a long time coming and has been on my to do list for quite some time.
Currently, this is donation only and your "pay" comes in the form of advertising and helping launch a book box service. One day it will pay out a flat rate to those providing items for the boxes and you all will be on the top of my contact list.
Here are the details:
**During the first year, boxes will be extremely limited. Once sold out, they will be sold out. I am even thinking the first quarter may have a limit of 10 per month, the second quarter around 25 per month. If there's not a huge want, it may be quarterly rather than monthly.
**If you contribute an item or service, you are welcome to send a card/note (etc) containing your links (business cards are great).
**There will be a special edition (once or twice a year) SWAG-only box. Send over the swag for some amazing promo that only costs swag
**You are welcome to send swag for any and all boxes that you wish to have your items be a part of.
**Understand that I cannot announce you as a current (or future) month participant until I have items i hand.
**All themes and genres welcome
Who can contribute?
Anyone in the bookish industry.
Do you make bookmarks? Sticker? And want to get your service out there? Send some to be included and your contact card.
Do you offer author services (authors subscribe to book boxes too)? Purchase some type of item to have included, then send along your contact card about your services. Include a freebie service or discount code, if you'd like, as well.
Do you create something larger and only want to contribute one or two items rather than an entire book box month? Let me know. We can turn it into an exclusive box and even use it as a giveaway to be drawn from new and/or current subscribers.
What might be included in the book boxes?
1) Swag
2) Printed books
3) Coupons for ebooks
4) Contact cards for those contributing to the box
5) Discount codes for services
6) Tshirts
7) Bags
8) Tumblers
9) Mugs
10) Other ideas? Let me hear them!

--Determine what you would like to contribute
--Determine quantities for what you would like to contribute
--Determine if you'd like to be in one book box or several (you may save on shipping if you bulk media mail ship - if it arrives too late for a box, we will have disappointed readers).
